mine cost £984 on the 1st of April 1976. Isn’t that fools day !!!
I (well actually my dad!) paid exactly £429 for my KH125 in 1977, less the £160 they generously allowed for my year-old fizzie. The KH lasted 6 weeks before I destroyed it in the hyde park underpass. I’d say that less than a grand for something that’s lasted best part of 40 years is a bit of a bargain.
