Hi Michael,
Yes,use a liquid gasket sealent behind the covers to keep the beads out.
I like that idea.
Maybe it’s worth worth making some blanking plate sets??? I know someone who would buy a set 🙄
… and you can ship it to me when needed 😉
BTW: I like that idea and if possible we can swap a set of covers around !
Might be sent as a “flat pack” in a large envelope.
Chris ?
Chriiiiiis ???
CCCHHHRRRIIISSSSSSSSSSS
where i used to work anything was more or less possible. but at my new place everything is above board, so to speak, soit’s not so easy.
No worries Chrislwg I fully understand.
Michael. I will get some drawings knocked up then we can have the details to get some made.
Engine covers are in need of some work.
I’d be glad to send the covers to anyone that might want to borrow them. I keep all the plates, bungs, screws etc together so that when i need them they are all there.
an old washing machine motor with a polishing mop fitted saves a lot of work
Smart Arse
lol, and they come up real nice.
Hi Chris,
well done and good looking covers !
Cheers, Michael
Got the cases and head back from bead blasting. Brings them up like new, well almost.
That cleaned up real nice Chris.
Hi Chris,
that looks good !
Wish I had achieved this step as well 🙂
Cheers, Michael
